All pet portraits are custom-made and created with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of each artwork, all sales are final — no returns or refunds are accepted.
Damaged Frames
If your order includes a framed portrait and the frame arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged frame
- The packaging it arrived in
- The shipping label
A replacement frame will be arranged at no additional cost.
Please note: This applies to frames only — the artwork itself is non-refundable and non-replaceable due to its custom nature.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, work on your custom portrait may have already begun, and cancellations will not be possible.
