Turnaround time:
Commissions typically take 4–8 weeks from the time I receive your order. This time frame may vary based on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I work on multiple projects at once to ensure each piece gets the attention it deserves.
Orders will be sent out within 3-5 business days of the piece being approved.
All pet portraits are custom-made and created with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of each artwork, all sales are final — no returns or refunds are accepted.
If your order includes a framed portrait and the frame arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
A replacement frame will be arranged at no additional cost.
Please note: This applies to frames only — the artwork itself is non-refundable and non-replaceable due to its custom nature.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, work on your custom portrait may have already begun, and cancellations will not be possible.
