Commissions typically take 4–8 weeks from the time I receive your deposit. This time frame may vary based on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I work on multiple projects at once to ensure each piece gets the attention it deserves.

Before portraits, I worked in fashion and textiles — designing prints, obsessing over colour palettes, and learning how to style with intention. That background shapes everything I create now. It’s not just about drawing pets; it’s about crafting artwork that feels right in your home.

Do you draw people too, or just pets?

Just pets! Animals are my happy place - their quirks, expressions, and the way they love us without words. Drawing people feels a bit too much like homework (and less like joy), so I focus my energy where it flows best. If you’re after a portrait that includes a person, I might not be the right fit - but if it’s furry, feathered, or four-legged, I’m your girl.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is made to order and highly personal, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges. But I do send a photo of your portrait for approval before final payment - so we can make any tweaks needed before it ships

Are these drawn by hand or digitally?

Both! It depends on the package you choose. The Timeless and Keepsake packages are traditional pencil or coloured pencil on paper. The Statement package is hand-drawn digitally - no filters, no AI, just me, my tablet, and lots of layering.
